About This Site

Why does this site look like the PHP.net web site?

Th answer is simple. There are three specific reasons.

1. This site was created by phpDoc ( http://www.phpdoc.org ) and the PHP template is one of the default templates.
2. Although this site is somewhat different in layout, people are used to viewing documentation in this format.
3. We are providing free open source software - not a fancy web site. ;)
